SMS Consent Evidence
This page documents, for carrier review, exactly how TreeCore Dev LLC collects consent before sending any SMS through the PunchYourCard Workforce Alerts program. It requires no authentication.
This program is strictly transactional.
No marketing, no promotional content, no affiliate marketing, no lead generation, and no third-party content of any kind is sent. We do not send messages on behalf of any other company: every recipient is a direct customer of TreeCore Dev LLC who entered their own mobile number into our own application. Consumer data and opt-in consent are never shared, sold, or bought.
What the business does
PunchYourCard is a web application for construction and field-service companies in the United States. Employers register their job sites with GPS coordinates, invite their own employees, and those employees clock in and out from their phones. The application verifies the employee is at the assigned job site and turns those punches into payroll hours.

Who receives messages
Every recipient opts in for themselves. There is one opt-in path and nobody can enter another person's number.
SMS goes to the account holder — the owner of the business that subscribes to PunchYourCard — and to any manager they designate inside the application, such as an HR or operations lead. Always, and only, about their own employees.
A designated manager is a user of the application in their own right. They sign in with their own credentials, type in their own mobile number, and switch on their own toggle. The account holder cannot enter a number on someone else's behalf, and turning a delegate on does not turn any consent on for them.
Employees never receive SMS under this campaign. Their notifications are shown inside the application only. No number is ever purchased, rented, imported, or obtained from a third party.
One clarification, so nothing here looks contradictory
Employees do receive a one-time login passcode by SMS when they sign in. That is sent through Twilio Verify, a separate service with its own sender pool, and it is not part of this campaign and not sent from this Messaging Service. No other SMS is sent to employees by PunchYourCard.
How consent is collected

The business owner — or the manager they designate — signs in at punchyourcard.com with their own credentials.

They open Settings → Alerts.

They type their own mobile number into the field labeled "Mobile number for alerts".

They switch ON the toggle labeled "Receive alerts by SMS". It is OFF by default. If they do not turn it on, no message is ever sent to them.
